increacing at's in the market

increacing at's in the market
im not sure if this is done already or if it is even possible, if its not then this can be deleted right away, but. How about placing the at's that would have been given to those accounts with 4000 or more at's but are not, directly onto the market every turn and thus increacing the availability of turns on the market

thats a good idea m8, seing as they can't get them anyway, why not put them somewhere usefull?
however i think that only 1 turn out of 10 should go onto the market, this would keep market values more steady and interesting

that sounds fairer cause otherwise it would be about 50k

here is what I posted in a topic that Wolf locked for being a duplicate. I didn't read closely enough.
Many (at least in my alliance) are wanting more at (attack turns) in the market. Okay that is fair. One way to do that is to use the ostracized accounts. My suggestion is this:
1) Forum takes all the turns in all the ostracized accounts and dumps them into the market.
2) He then sets up a random timing thing to strip the ostracized accounts of turns and dump them into the market.
3) This happens every week on the schedule of the 2)
I chose the ostracized accounts because they are not playing anyway (well can't play ). The random thing is so more people can have a chance to get the turns. Unlike when you can figure out a set schedule.
Reasoning:
a account earns 48 turns per day which comes to 336 a week.
there are at least 100 ostracized accounts (more probably since at one time I had like a hundred twenty ostracized accounts on my war list).
So for easy figuring it would be 33,600 turns that are dumped at a random time into the market every week.

And on a slight side note other than the fluid value (ie the trade value) maybe you can get like say a 1.5% (I just picked a random number to illustrate my point) bonus if you purchase one of the other goods in the market with whatever the market has the least of.
and this is the one response I got before it got locked.

To that I have to say bull. With the rate that some of my alliance members are buying ats (and they can't be unique) that many would be gone in a couple of days at most (at current market values {this post time) values it is 660*5 is 3300. So that would be just about 10 market turns worth of ats. And I am pretty sure that my alliance doesn't have all the big raiders.
