In ascension, more often than not, this account (ID=63) shows an influence power of 0, when I know he has in excess of 2 million planets. Would you please fix this bug/cheat? Thank you! I have sent at least three emails regarding this very subject and it still persists.

Possibly a bug
Well it might be a bug but I have never seen a "bug" just localized to a single account. His is the only account that I have ever seen this on (and trust me, I have reconned a fair few ascension accounts in my day). But I have notified Admin about this several times already and nothing has changed. If it were a bug, he would have done something about it already.

It is a bug, That is obvious as has planets! Planets increase that number when the charisma is at level 1+. However I would ask that this does get fixed as the Influence is a ranked item and helps give an overall rank. With an rank attack modifer this presents an advantage by holding down the overall total rank.
