i was just looking over the black market and i want to know can you buy naq and UU and Turns with $$$ if you under stand that the person your tradying with mite not even give the goods to you and take your money and run
what im trying to say it can i buy good with $$ knowing it at my own risk

yeah, all you have to do is look for a trade that is buying/selling resources for $$. then just reply in the thread and that person will try and contact you. also, you should look for that person' trade feedback thread. most respectable traders have one, and that's where you can find out how that person trades and if he/she is trustworthy.
