First scamming isn't cheating, it's scamming, so it shouldn't be here but should be down in the market stuff.

hey u scammed me, i sold u my account and u didnt give me the runescape stuff u promised. i gave u my detales then u signed out of messanger and got off runescape and tried changeing ur forums name so i couldnt message u in anyway.
