1. 2 things.
Covert is achieved by training UU into Covert Operatives. Each operative attributes to your overall Covert score.
The higher your Covert level, the more each Operative attributes to your score.
2. Depends, personally I try to kepe my statistics rounded.
It is
a lot easier to raise Strike than Defence, so, gain sufficient strike so you can hit the desired targets for Naq, then concentrate on other stats with the Naq you make.
[Unit Production is also important, as you always need the soldiers to man your weapons].
3.Depends on how much Naq you make.
When i first started I bought the 'middle' weapon in the larger quantities, when you can afford it, the only weapons worth owning are the top ones really.
4.There are threads round here asking for officers.
Read them, decide which commander sounds best to you, sign up.
5. Don't know, can't speak from any experience.
