I have untrained mercs, er, how do I train them. Because Ican't train them as normal soldiers, and theres no button, train mercs so... HELP PLEASE!

Unfortunately you cannot train mercs. If you want trained mercs you have to buy them pre-trained (attack/defense mercs).

but another reasons for untrained mercs other than to increase ur army size..

it is for a commander to give to his officer and then the officer can sell the mercs for naq (this option only really used with ppl without SS and small)
