I didn't realise there were 'sides' - I generally act on what I believe to be best for the game. I do think that there needs to be a way to kill anti-covert - but am not sure that killing through normal attacks is the way to go as, in general, you would need to be attacking while the person using AC is online - because those that are good at using it only train up AC agents when they intend to use it, and untrain them afterward.

So ultimately you will not be able to stop those who are good at using anti-covert, unless you are online when they are using it.

people sell anti covert because they know whenever they attack they lose it

if they only lost it when they get attacked then maybe they would keep it as they can take steps to not been attacked

but still you bring up a good point

I agree there should be a way to kill AC units and not just the % that are lost when the defender has defense.

Not everyone trains up AC just for the time they are using them, some people train them up and leave them whether to increase their rank or to lower their income to avoid farmers or simply because they don't want to lose the training cost. While I have no problem with someone training up AC agents, I do have a problem with the fact that it is the only stat that cannot be destroyed by attacking or other conventional means.

Now do we need a new unit to achieve this end? I don't believe so, rather I think a system similar to that of another server could work here as well. Make it so when the person has 0 defense you have the option of hunting assasins. This would place AC inline with all other stats in that it too could destroyed, yet would not require a new unit to be introduced which would only serve to make the process a neverending circle of unit/anti-unit.

If anything was to be done it would have to be that covert agents would have to overcome the anti-covert units when attacking. Otherwise instead of having the only unit that can't be killed by getting attacked, you end up with the only unit that can be killed in both defense and offense.

So say for example that the person had 75 billion anti covert, your covert when attacking would have to equal 75 billion or above to hit them. This way it would still be possible for them to die, but because of the additional power that anti has over covert it would become more difficult.

Remember you still loose anti's when attacking any kind of defense, no matter how small, unlike other units that only die when the other force is atleast slightly comparable.

Well of all the suggestions so far I like Munchy the best, with another button I guess.

After you kill defence you can attack with your covert agents against their anti-Covert (well attack with defence but the spies die and cannot pentrate the borders.

It would be like invading a country openly with FBI Agents (american), useless against a military but the most skilled at hunting their adversaries in an occupied situation.

Well assume the Assains are KGB,CIA or MI-5 etc.. or some other known but blakops squad....

How bout a way that it detects if you have anti agents. And if you do, you can either have them covert agents or anti covert agents? I mean AC agents are still in the covert industry are they not?

Guys the reason why u cant kill anti is becuase of the strgety being used...

ppl MASS the crap out of your def then train AC to wipe your spies...right there the AC cant die

now maybe a noob might trian anti and a offence..but hell learn not too...

or how about a option to send Covert units to kill enemies planet when attacking to kill AC

reviving this topic.
we need a new atack
no new units
just an attack that would send your AC against enemy AC.
would be exatcly like the normal attack but instead of killing spies you'd be killing AC's and you would have to have an AC higher than their AC and C combined (since the enemy agents would aid in hiding the AC's)
