i am already ss and i know you can buy attack turns but is there any way of getting say 2 or 4 attack turns per turn?

I don't think so. I've pretty much scoured all the pages and haven't seen anything about that, so I doubt there is a way. Besides, such a function would seriously throw everything out of whack.

in quantum you get 3 atk turns per turn
unless its changed recently

Yep.
The amount of turns you get in regular is 1 per 30minutes.
3 per 30minutes in Quantum.

There is no way to increase this.
Only buying SS will get you a one of amount of extra turns.
