problem with unit production

my raw unit production and my total unit production are exactly the same but i have an officer with a 2536 per/day unit production.

this is mine: 'Unit Production 3,678 /day (3,678 total)'

me and my officer 'supreme ethos' sometimes log on from the same pc as his internet was broken in an accident. i have informed the admins of this as i did not want to break the rules but i was wondering if this has anything to do with this problem. any assistance would be helpful. cheers

yes, if you log in from the same IP the game doesn't allow you to gain the commander/officer benefits
