What's the little names under your user name mean?

For newcomers to ask questions to the other users... this section will usually answer most questions... requesting resources (naq/UUs/ATs) is not to be done here...

What's the little names under your user name mean?

Yep that's about it LOL...

I'm getting full confused what they are there for and what they mean.
Atm mine says my username is "Prodigy Meldon"...sounds cool yes...but my name was originally just Meldon...:S

Oh...and I'm pretty sure it had some other random flavour text before...anyway...my point is- what does it mean :S?

Titles given to you by your commander (Ex: Second, First Prime, Prodigy, Right Hand, Minion Lord)

Or by having officers
(Ex: God, First, Supreme Commander, General)

commander names is based on what race your commander is and officer titles is based on how many officers you have. your commander's race=title if you don't have officers. amount of officers=your title. sorry if it's a bit confusing.

The titles you get if you were ever a commander:
Asgard - Supreme Commander; Asgard with 25 officers - Absolute Commander
Goa'uld - God; Goa'uld with 25 officers - Elder God
Replicator - First; Replicator with 25 officers - Immortal First
Tauri - General; Tauri with 25 officers - 5 star General

The titles you are given by a commander:
Asgard - Fleet Commander
Goa'uld - First Prime
Replicator - Second
Tauri - Colonel
Ancient - Prodigy
System Lord - Minion Lord
NanoTiMaster - Nano Prime
Tollan - Right Hand

Once you've got a title (no matter how you got it, I gave one to one of my officers and she didn't notice until I pointed it out. In another case, someone I know had an officer for 24 hours leeching off his income while he's on on PPT without him knowing--You can never be sure that you never had an officer unless you have "Accept New Officer" unticked.), you have it until another event triggers a title change (ie. your commander designate someone else with the title, or you got yourself an officer, etc.). The server doesn't continously check your status, race, and all that jazz. It just triggers the title change whenever it's called manually (when someone click on "Make this user My Commander", when someone click on "Make Prodigy", etc.). Otherwise you'll have the title forever.

is there anything else that happens with a title except that additional name tag thing? (i.e. some bonus or loss?)
