lifers and ascention

ive got a question,
when u ascend theres a UU cost. do miner/lifers count towards this?
eg. uu cost = 200k
can i use 150k lifer + 50k uu to pay this or must i use 200k uu?

or do they count towards ur trained units?
eg. trained unit cost = 50k
wuld 50k lifers cover this?

can sum1 shed sum light here?

miners count as UU i think and lifers count as nothing, but you keep the lifers

i knew u kept lifers, im just unsure if miners count as uu's or trained units. if ne1 cant help me i guess ill just hav to w8 untill i reach 1001 GnR (1 week) and check.

both, miners count as UU, and trained troops. but you don't get APP for them counting as both.

No, you can't use lifers. Only units that could potentially be UU. (Raiders, Guards, miners, undercover,assassin)
