I suggest you change turns to "Anti matter" - the "fuel" that propells ones military forces and make it a "raidable" resource.
Then why cant anyone steal a miner? are miners so tough?
Those mods would change the whole game and make nothing "safe" therefore creating a much better balance between miners/defence/turns etc and change this game TOTALY! and hopefully make a target out of anyone that got lots of resources - combined attacks from alliances would be SO much more important
Just think about it... 15ppl that booost attack like crazy and raids someone with 90mil miners... aahh.. that would be SO much fun.. at least for a short while..
Now, why post this in the market thread? yes, because ppl with resources are what affects the market and resources that can´t be targeted are the flaw of this game and market wich in the end (in my opinion) is what opens up the possibilitys of creating market havoc.
The small players that struggles just to be able to use the market isn´t the "problem" and the big will always keep beeing big as long as some strategic resources are "untouchable".
