Planet theif and possible Multi

He stole a planet from my officer who is raiding and so has a low rank, she could not get the planet back cos shes got no fleets.

I have a look at the clown and he has nothing at all. No defense troops, no attack troops no weapons. Nothing at all except some fleets so that he can steel planets.

I can not be sure he is a multi, but he is a planet thief and and sells them on quick so you cant get it back. There is no point massing him cos hes got nothing to mass.

But it is his lack of stuff that makes me think he is a multi account as well as a planet selling thief!

yeah i know of others that do this they have attacked me many times and then send there motherships out because they put all there naq in to fleets

also has anyone else heard of an alliance world theft inc or something like that
