Ok I'm trying to get my rank up alittle. Do all 6 ranks count towards overall rank?

Not sure about Command Star rank (I don't think it does) but all the other ranks do count towards your overall rank.

pretty sure it does. it just depends on how many people actually work on them, cause i haven't.

I am almost 100% sure it does, otherwise why would it have a ranking system ? and why would it even be in the game ?

Indeed, everything that has a rank next to it, is judged for overall.

well all my stats are pretty high so i cant say for sure about command star but i assumed command star didnt add to rank...

Unless Admin updated it, Command Star has no affect on your rank even though it has its own rank.

I used to hold my current rank with a CS that had NOTHING at all on it. Ofcourse since then I have beefed it up a considerable amount so I can't say for certain it still is or is not tabulated into overall ranking.

I hover between rank 5 and 7 with a MS ranked 500+. You don't need one at all. Infact I'd advise against it.

It is a resource hog and you can easily drop 10 billion DMU into it and still not be over 1 billion total power which I personally thing needs another 0 added to it.

I don't know why it's there, all I can tell you is it does not contribute to rank at all.
