Double attribute planets & fleet strength

I'm just wondering... I know of a couple of people with planets that have two attributes (i.e one planet gives a covert bonus and a defence bonus for instance)...

Are these just very rare planets, or are they left over from back when planets were introduced and being lpayed about with by forum? I suppose I'm asking if there is a slowly dwindling supply of them (i.e a finite number of them that will never increase) or can they be found by your fleets?

Also can anyone confirm if fleet strength has an effect on your chances of finding a planet when you send your MS out? I've read a bit of speculation on this, but nothing certain.

forum has stated that they are rare and meant to be double attributes. i personally know of ppl who hab double attribute of the same attribute planets. so ur lucki to even spot one...

Hhhhmmm I sent my MS out to look for planets, didnt find anything, I've got a fairly decent fleet (1,152,000,000), although it had no sightings.... I've been told that it's unlikely fleets do affect your chances of finding a planet... I know that it probably makes no difference if there are not any planets to find in the first place :p
