Can n00bs access the private broker?

I'm trying to explain to people how to do brokers, but i've just realised that this may be a support section of SS?!

Being nOOb doesn't limit access to the broker. Having full SS does. Therefore, using the in-game trade broker requires someone to have full ss.

EDIT: It's been a while since I got full SS, and now that I think about it when you trade g+r for full ss I don't think it will allow a half trade(half of 1000 pts.), so I don't think the above sentance is entirely accurate. I think I was thinking of two different things and typed it out too quickly. The main point is trade G+R for full ss.

This market CAN provide "full Supporter Status" in exchange for 1000 Glory and Reputation points. The option is only available once. (Ascending also provides full supporter status)

I don't really understand what you're asking. There are many alternatives that I see in interpreting this question. You haven't distinguished between what type of ss either, which complicated the matter, but since the topic is about full ss(broker) I will assume you are refering to that. I see it(your question) to ask any one of these:

-can I use the market to 'give' someone full ss?(buy it myself and transfer it to them?...answer is no
-can I use the market to trade for resouces(naq) to give to someone to purchase full ss?.....no, or rather not really...having full ss, you can start a trade with someone to give resources to help them get market ss, and them then using the market to help get into G+R range to them get full ss
-etc., etc.

You can't give G+R points to someone else, and if you want to give cash to someone to get full ss for thir account, then that's your choice. The only two ways that I have heard of anyone getting full ss is by cash(USD), or G+R points.

Instead of listing everything that went though my head. I'll post what the market says about full ss, and it might answer your question without having to ask another question.

Supporter Status (market or paid) players have access to the full market, while others can trade goods for Market Supporter Status (or can purchase full Supporter via the 'upgrade' link off the main base page) in order to get full market resource trading.

In the link I provided, Forum says, "market SS players (those who get it going forward, or those who have only ever got SS via the market in the past) will not have this ability to directly transfer to others once the changes are implemented."

So, If you have full ss, you can do direct player to player transfers. How do you get full ss? Please see the quote from in game market above. If you, once having full ss, would like to give(buy) someone the resources to get market ss, it's your choice. However, they will need full ss(given as quoted above) in order to use the features that set it apart from market ss, and...again...full ss(from what I've seen) is only given as is quoted above.

Since I don't really know what you're asking, and feel that I'm beginning to confuse you, I'll leave it up to you to do any one of two(or both) things:

(2) ask it again but being more descriptive

I think if you re-read the thread I originally(first) posted here, a lot of your questions will be answered. It's 24 pages long with people asking questions and talking about it. I think it will help.
