Officer section Function not used anymore

In officer section to can tie a certain status to an officer.
With Asgard it's make Supreme commander
other race calls it make right hand, and other race might call it again differently.
you can tie only one to an officer, but as far as most of the top players know it was an old function in SGW, but now it's only a name change.
Since that's pretty useless except for cosmetic purpuses, it's it time you remove the button or do something with it other than it's current function.
The button is also not mentioned in the guide.
If it DOES have an additional function besides a name change please tell us, because everyone only thinks it's for this.

I'm sorry to post this in bugs, but it's a bug and it's not a bug. if it doesn't give an effect, except for a name change, isn't it a bug.
