UP prob

Why does my total UP drop while i keep my officers, planets and upgrade my UP?

1/officer loses UP from someone taking a planet
2/ officers loses a officer so UP goes down
3/ 1 of them ascends so low UP

erm.... cant think of anythin else

It could also be if your officer is in vacation mode.

I will go for officer(s) losing officers, as vac mods were already set when it dropped again.
