Weird Names

I was browsing through the ranks this afternoon after that major shutdown or whatever. I found several names that had something different in them.

8447, 30002, 22218, 31740

These are a few of their ID numbers

They say something like this:
Incarnate of a dormant AJNA

Its the dormant that I have never seen before! Please respond, if its moved lemme know where it goes!!!
