UP problem .. confused

All of a sudden my total UP has dropped to the same amount as my raw up .. I still have my officer and none of us has lost a up planet, so I dont get it .. am I missing something?

Did your officer log on with the same IP as you?

yes this happend to me when i had officers..when i started clicking base,attack log etc...my total UP started dropping, everytime and then went down to my RAW UP......and no we havent logged on from the same IP.

Hmmm yeah each time he comes over he logs on from here .... damn .. he owes me now a whle lot of units
