I have not received any G&R points since last night...I set Nox Insurance for about one turn and reconsidered, also I am on critical realm alert. I should still be building G&R points, but am not.
Admins/coders, please advise.

OK, so the number of players went down. The last time I had checked, there were about 10k more active players, so about 200 more GnR slots. BTW, the current threshold is rank 1,015. Check your math
