Cannot donate SS to another player

I am trying to buy SS for a mate of mine.

We managed to figure out how to get as far as him initiating the trade on the black market through the broker, so i have this outstanding trade for 1 uu for $20.

I accepted it - nothing happened. I dug around the forums, and found i had to go to donate.

I went there, and tried to enter his number (86801) into the recpient field but when I hit update i get stuck on this screen :

with no way to progress the trade. I bought SS ok formyself and if i try to buy it again with my ID it takes me to the paypal screen ok.
