I was wandering, what does the number in the brakets mean nxt to the vault link?

That's how many bank turns (or times you can deposit) that you have.

It goes up over time, and goes down whenever you make a deposit. So you can't deposit every turn, at least not for a continuous period.

Nothing. You just don't have to worry about the turns anymore anytime soon.
