Some say it does, some say it dont. i would like to know from those who play it avidly and well

Does Command Star add to rank?

no it doesn't, but being that the power levels of a command star are so insanely low for such a massive amount of DMU I am hoping that they do serve a purpose other than a DMU eating bandit. (like maybe part of the descension formula attack and defend power????)
