Realm Retreating

I feel like a n00b for asking this, given the fact ive played for around 1.5yrs but hitting a guy on nox insurance eventually forces they're realm to retreat right, and at the begining of each turn you get three hits.
when do it return to normal hits? like before the phasing

phasing can only occur when in nox protection, think every turn takes off 4 previous atks.

I think it is 3, I massed a guy a while back and only got 3 a turn after I maxed him out.

yea its 3 a turn, from nox protection.
when do i get to do normal hits?
do i have to leave his realm settle for several turns?
