It gets more costly to buy an expansion to that amount everytime you buy one. It starts really cheap, but when you're at 13k you'll have to spend 67mil to upgrade. I imagine Flavar is spending a few hundred mil on upgrading? * looks at anyone for confirmation *

UP is very important, when recovering from alot of massings on others and massings on you, a high UP helps alot. It also makes you more popular with commanders hehe

But anyway yes ill be ascending on a 100k Base UP when i get it and hold it for 2-3months.

100kBase UP for first ascension should be what everyone does lol. Then you gain a foothold in ascension and if you want you can then go ahead and quick ascend lol Up to you number 6ascension then it would at least be wise to build a mid. lvl UP to ascend on.
