Can i exacly hear what you gain and what you lose if you set the commander? How do you remove commander?

No Commander - 10% bonus on UP and naq
Yourself as CO - 20% bonus on UP (not sure if this is raw or total, if you have officers, would like a comfermation)
Someone else as CO - they set the rate of a % of their total naq, 10% - 30%, and they get a bonus of 15% of your UP (unit production)

How do i remove a commander?

the way that I always did it was make yourself your CO, and then dismiss yourself

made yourself CO yet? If so good.. then, just under the main view, scroll down, and you'll see officers.... and you'll be there as a name.. click officers (not your own name), and you'll be able to dismiss yourself, you'll see what I mean.

depends. Do you value your UU's more, or naq? If you have a high UP, but not many miners, you want yourself to be your own CO, but if you don't have that high of a UP and at least... say, 1mil miners, then it might be worth it to have no CO (10% bonus on both naq and UP)

It's 20% of your raw UP. IE: 15,000 UP raw with no officers but self commander = 18,000 total.
