supporter status merc trading

you should have the ability to trade/give mercs when you have supporter status??

To be honest i think UU/Naq/Turns are enough.

we think that mercs are worth too little to trade for much of any at/naq/uu...

we think it would be better to be able to give mercs not just down the command chain, but up as well... that way, trading mercs wouln't be neccesary as much...

They could just give you UU/Naq/AT. Mercs seem to be baisically useless anyway.
