Im a replicator, why am i not earning any Naquadah?

For newcomers to ask questions to the other users... this section will usually answer most questions... requesting resources (naq/UUs/ATs) is not to be done here...

Do you have any untrained units, not mercs?

no? i have trained all the units i have, (under 10) but apart from attacking others, how do i increase my troops/naquadah? Especially as i only know 2 people willing to play! I don't even know how to pick an alliance!

So thats why so many have untrained units! Thanks Bomber. Any tips on how to increase troops?

Up always increase your UP, Unit Production, every time you upgrade it it gives you 3 more troops a day.

I suggest finding a commander. In your first days you will have very few troops. Consequently you will have little naq to spend on improving your unit production. If you find a commander, you will automatically get a portion of their income, which should be a lot for you if you can find the right one. That should get you started in no time at all.
