Part two reads:

In addition to this, a programme should be introduced that randomly selects accounts to be verified via email activation - these accounts should be frozen (via ppt or automatic vacation) until verified.

I'm talking about new account signups for paypal, and even in this case, there's no reason why a parent couldn't be asked to validate an account on their kids behalf. Existing accounts would be subject to random verification.

want if your parent don't have one and don't want one, and some countires can got paypal

the donation of $1 is a bad idea, as there are many people playing that for one reason or another cannot or will not pay that "security deposit" to play a game, as there is a huge number of games that are totally free out there. Yes it would stop some multies, but it would also make this game a lot more boring, as there would be much fewer people playing the game if it costs money to play it. I for one would not bother playing the game if i had to pay to participate, as i really cannot afford that in real life

I propose that a new validation system be introduced that requires the user to make a $1 verification fee via paypal to confirm that the account is theirs. seeing as paypal accounts by and large can only have 1 bank account/card per paypal account anyway, this by its very nature prevents multis from having multiple accounts. In theory. In addition to this, a programme should be introduced that randomly selects accounts to be verified via email activation - these accounts should be frozen (via ppt or automatic vacation) until verified.

I realise this is a pain in the bum, but doing it this way I believe will reduce the need for the current login reason and would clear space off the server.

ahem, i dont have a paypal account/creditcard/parents who are willing to pay money for a FREE game, others im sure are in my position too, dont pick on poor people cause you wanna get rid of cheaters, money is not the way to solve this
