I have been in G+R range for the past 3 hours. However I have not yet recieved any G+R points.

Were there any updates pertaining to this that I have overlooked, or is this a bug.

I doubt that; my rank is lower than his and I'm getting g&r.

Yeah, it doesn't matter anymore since I am out of G+R range.

I was rank 700 at the time. Maybe it has something to do with a m/s being on a exploration mission?
