Do you do alot of trades?
If you traded with someone that was trading goods received from cheating the goods may have been removed as they were ill-gotten.
Does anyone else have your login information?
Has anyone else ever logged into your account before?
I am sure there are a hundred other questions that could be asked but the suppor team can track everything that occurs within your account.
