how to stop being an officer?

how do i stop being an officer for someone? its been weeks now and i dont see a button that allows me to drop them as my commander.

can someone help me out please?

you must find a new commander. You can make yourself your own commander if ya wamt. Just find yourself

Please don't use a physiological condition, totally out of someone's control, in a negative sense. It is disrespectful, and I feel doesn't belong on this forum.
