I don't know what to make of this guy

If you spy on him you will find he has a UP of 17000 and he sporadically gets billion's of naquadah and goes on PPT. He has 259690 super attackers but only 100 weapons. Like I said i don't know what to make of this.

It's not that common for someone who for someone who hasn't ascended and is ranked 14803. I said it was odd, not that he was definitely a cheater.
