super train covert soldiers
you can make perminate miners attackers and defenders so why cant you make super trained perminant spys and assasins
defend your allies, defeat the enemy, its as simple as that

what would be different about them, to make them worth it, but not too powerful?

"Great holy armies shall be gathered and trained to fight all who embrace evil. In the name of the gods, Browsers shall be changed to carry the internet out amongst the peoples and we will spread Firefox to all the unbelievers. The power of the Firefox will be felt far and wide and the wicked users of IE shall be converted to use the true browsers."
Curious about our color? Feel free to ask...

The problem here is the players who cannot be touched (eg very big spy levels, millions of spies, could supertrain all, and be even more untouchable:)
On the other hand, if we forget about the most powerfull players, this could give a new dimension, since supertrained spied could be 2x powerfull, but there would be no chance to untrain them if someone comes to you with huge anti forces.

If spies were like miners, a percent stays as permenant then that would cause big problems in cutting down players using Anti Covert. However, with no way to kill assassin, maybe this idea would better suit them.
The super trained unit does offer a interesting alternative since ur unable to untrain, but why increase power when you could just make normal ops untrainable.
surely in the realms of realism you cant instantly untrain units instantly anyways

cool idea... I think 1.5x's more powerful would be enough...
but you have to think when people train up super covert/anticovert they are unable to be removed so when people attack the anticovert will die and during a massing so will the covert troops...
which means no untraining of supers for PPT's and massing etc

i like this, super anti coverts can be killed but leave normal anti covert untouchable so those that use massive amounts of ac will always loose something.
