for a full assualt use 15 atks, they provide more naq. Another tip is to find a target with 0 def and no fortifications. If they have 0 def, u could declare war on them.
By doing this u get more naq than u normally would with relations set at peace.
Be careful tho, by declaring war, u may be suject to more losses if the enemy has a greater def than 0. But if they're def is 0, u will have no losses
so is the art of farming lol

May I suggest that you invest in unit production (how many extra troops you get per 24 hours) upgrades with your next load of steals. You'll want your unit production as high as possible, there are people getting over 6,000 troops a day.
Also may I suggest to you that you don't take too much notice of all the officer recruitment attempts in the Newbie Forum.
And may I suggest to everyone else, stop recruiting in the Newbie Forum.

The commander-officer relationship works like this:
The commander has a officer setting that dictates how much of his/her income is shared between his/her officers (the commander loses this % of his income). In return the commander gets half of that % of each officer's unit production added to his/her own (but officers keeps their full unit production, it isn't cut like the commander's income).
e.g. You set your '% income to officers' to 30%. Your one officer gets 30% of your income. You get 15% of what his unit production is, added onto yours.
If you had two officers, each officer would get 15% and you would still get 15% from each of their unit productions. Three officers will take 10% from you each, but you still get that 15% from all of them etc.
Also you have an Officers screen from your Command Center. From here you can see their attack logs, intelligence page and their stats.

sorry if that wasn't worded too well
