Players suspended for cheating

There are a number of threads in the cheaters section covering this but they don't seem to be reviewed by anyone that can do anything about it.

I'm posting here since this new behavior seems to have happened all at the same time suggesting a game enhancement.

A number of players have been wrongly suspended for suspected cheating. And no one has responded to any inqueries as to what behavior indicates how we are cheating, how long our accounts will be locked, or any thing.

While I realize forum is a busy man it is very rude to removed honest player's ability to play this game with no explanation. I hate cheaters as much as the next guy but take a minute to communicate with us. I'm sure most of us would be far more patient if we could get some information on what is going on.

This would not be the first time that an enhancement that was undocumented was released. based on the number of people that were simultaniously suspended my guess is a script was run to identify accounts that had a large number of false positives.

I am highly disappointed, because my husband was suspended as well. What the heck is that? Me, neither him would never cheat. No explanation either. It was always my goal to be honourable, and my husband, even tho he does not go on this forum (maybe I envy him because a lot of stuff here is often trash...) is the same as me. We hate cheaters.

I built my reputation here to be honourable and honest player. Yet, this si spoiling not only my husband's name, but my name as well. I am disappointed a lot. Seems this game is going to hell, if things like that happen.

I hope my husband will at least get some explanation...it's been over 10 hours and NOTHING! I want his name cleared, as he never cheated, nor have I.

To others, yes, we do play from the same IP (but Admin knows about it) and he also plays from his work...So where is the problem?

I hope to see explanation soon.

so THATS how gr range dropped so much!!! im trying so hard to get in gr range but i cant seem to get past that big chunk of players standing in my way....

I sense a little hostility...

while your looking out for your hubby I will say that everyone affected (not just your hubby - but he is included ) should get an explaination (thankfully I'm not affected) but if I was I would be fuming as it would be delaying my ascension path...

I feel the hurt here folks and I would like to find out whats going on also

yep, i hate cheaters, but being banned while i didnt technically cheat, is just frustrating! and having forum compleately ignor this issue, and PMs and emails, is just damn annoying! forum, i know your bissy, but please!!! YOU CANT HAVE A GAME WITH BANNED PLAYERS!!!! atleast tell me if your gunna unbann me or not, so if your gunna deleat my account, i can start a new one and get help from my alliance!!!

Well a bit of good news I'm back and able to play 6 days after I was suspended. still lost the income I would have made, about 210 billion. not counting UU.

i got banned last thursday, so i am banned for 5 days now.

5 mails, 1 topic later... nothing changed..

i cant miss the UU i lose, i need it for when i ascend, i dont care about my naq but i do miss my UU. (UP of 12,000 per day, so it hurts real badly)

anyway, theres nothing more i can do, mails went to every @gatewars addres i know, posted a topic on the forum.. now i got to wait..

i still have acces to ascension so that still keeps me up.

good luck to the other ones who got banned, hopefully were all unbanned very quickly!

My mate Lee got suspended for sharing the IP with me..

I work in an internet cafe I don't know how many times I have emailed Admin about this..

I can provide you with the IP addresses for the place... Just ask.. I emailed them like 4 months ago about this.. And NOTHING
