dumb question

I dont play ascended server all to often so was wondering how you can increase Ascended Life Force storage? no matter what ive increased i havnt seen the number on the right go up :( :(

you need to upgrade maximum ascended life force
if you immeadiatly know that candlelight is fire then the meal was cooked a long time ago
