PPT bonus

with PPT i thought it may be good if when you are on PPT you gain a percentage bonus on your income and/or UP.
this is because when your realm is protected surely the people in it would relax slightly on the military side and focus more on the production side of their realm, the percentage increase would not be permenant

PPT is a bonus itself, why add more? If u want to gain bonus, ascend.
That would make everyone and their mother on PPT, i dont want that.

And if u think it over, u will realize that a nation which feels himself safe, will get lazy very fast... so i could rather imagine a drop in the income and such....

I wouldn't recommend it because for those people who solely rely on their income as an income, they would go on PPT whenever possible to gain a huge profit.
