Covert Capacity out
i HATE Covert Capacity, that sucks big time, how about take it out and make SPY and SAB cost ATs like in ascension??

Seems to me you want unlimited covert. By doing this an alliance will only need 1 covert man to sabb away an entire alliances att. Since he will have unlimited covert he can hit every member of the alliance 9 times with his covert the alliance helped him build. I mean do you want your account and every account in your alliance to be sabbed by a guy with a 3 trill covert 9 times?

Exactly the point. You need to run out quickly, or as Lore so eloquently explained, an alliance could pool all their covert on one account and use that to sab whomever they want. As it is now, one account can sab 50 times, with 9 sabs per target that comes to 5-6 targets. If this limit is removed, they can do 100 targets, or 1000. The costs will be negligible, cause AT's are freely and limitlessly available.
I agree though, some adjusting could be done. At least to make it possible to spy a couple more times. I see no need to make sabotage more freely available. Maybe the cost of spying could be cut to 1/2 or 1/3 of what it is now, since it hasn't been updated when AT's were pushed to 3 per turn. We can attack more, but not spy out more targets.

srry...cant do this why because main is not ascension and ascneison is not main keep them different

if anything Sabs should be limited to the 50 covert capacity to avoid one person doing mass sabs...
Spying... should not use covert capacity... also spying should not take away from the maximum sabs on a realm...
If I spy on someone once before a massing... then once near the end to check see how many covert guys and what not they have left to work out efficient sabbing I am now down 2 sabs on that target...
whats even worse when I'm planet hunting and someone has 10 planets... trying to get all the information in 10 spies or whatever before your intelligence chief tells you not to do it any more...
