Clarification on a rule

I am wondering if using the firefox extension Tab Mix Plus to automatically reload all tabs at measured intervals (From 5 seconds to 30 minutes) is allowed under SGW rules. I have set it to do this on every tab (In a few online text games). It is an automated process, granted, but it does not give an actual benifet to the account (Like auto banking would).

auto-refresh if used in a way, COULD be used badly... i'd say be wary, and know that there are ways to break the rules with auto-refresh.

I use it for refreshing the armory whilst raiding.

so you can repair? or so that it will repair for you? cause if it's just so that you can just click on the repair, i don't really see how its that bad...

It would be so that he can repair the weapons, I would assume. It doesn't perform anything else apart from a refresh of the page.
