up planets and commanders

For newcomers to ask questions to the other users... this section will usually answer most questions... requesting resources (naq/UUs/ATs) is not to be done here...

I was told that it was "raw" UP that gave bonuses when planets came out... spreading misinformation happens when you get told misinformation. Thanks for the definate answer though

Its total as sometimes you can see your Unit Production go down and the only answer to this is if your officer's total goes down. If it was based on RAW then there is no way for that to be taken and so your UP wouldn't fluxuate

its total. i did the maths using my officers raw UPs and then their total UPs and the numbers added up correctly when their total UPs were used

dosnt that mean if one guy was one persons officer and his comander was his officer hyperthiticaly the could have infinite upcause it would just go round in a circle

thats actually rather interesting to think about. im not sure if its possible to even do that but i would think admin thought about that and there are things put in place to prevent it or different calculations for that particular situation

Why the sudden rise in interest in commander loops? If it WERE possible, it would be illegal, since it would be an unfair using of a glitch in the programming.


Let's look at it in a tickly way.

IF, WHEN I tickle you, you tickle me more, AND WHEN you tickle me more, I tickle you more, THEN if I tickle you, we die because we have exceeded our capacity to tickle without tearing our skin.

Hence, no commander loops. :?

There's your answer, infinite loops aren't possible, thus perfectly plausible for total UP to be used.
