Shout box for alliance

its in a few other games i play and would be a great addition to the ingame functionality

its a much faster way of contact for those who rarely post on forums, MSN or here.

twould be very nice... and perhaps if then there was a subject bar so like the Alliance LEader could post a message there thats important or something... so that it didnt disappear off the window
