to extend on that button idea, it would be cool if their was a button that would stop you getting any naq or uu, and would devid up all your naq and uu and give a naq and uu boost to your officers, could become something to be abused but it could be ironed out

S T I,
A great idea. Could become usefull - I go on a vacation this summer, for two weeks and how often I can get on the internet there I don't know. But I wanna try not to use vac mode. I'll be visiting the US and hopefully I can log in a few times to bank and stuff in an internet cafe or something.
So it would be great to use your Rest Home then. He he.
Regards,
KJ

This is the very idea i envisaged, i never meant for accounts to be left compleatly , but for accounts to be able to be left for short periods 2/3/4 days depending on people being able to get to internet connections & realm alert levels set.

Now that would be funny, I have only asked the top 20 alliances (just testing the water) but nearly all have said yes, I am still waiting from answers from 3.
so some idiot attacks, he may have made a mistake, he gets the chance to rectify this.
He chooses not to,
Ps like i said it has only been offered to the top 20 as of yet

the players in such alliance would not remove their defenses and such before joining, so not all that many low-stat people would be able to "borrow" the resources... besides, they would be on critical, so it would be even harder to hit them...

"Great holy armies shall be gathered and trained to fight all who embrace evil. In the name of the gods, Browsers shall be changed to carry the internet out amongst the peoples and we will spread Firefox to all the unbelievers. The power of the Firefox will be felt far and wide and the wicked users of IE shall be converted to use the true browsers."

To answer your question with a question I got asked. The question was :
How would this work if I was moving house & it would take a week.
my answer.
first you would request to join alliance say what it was for ie moving house give dates but leave extra for the things that always happen.
Then you have to work out how much naq you produce each day and then how many times do you need to log in at another internet connection ie internet cafe etc to bank etc, then you decide what realm aleart you need to set to allow this.
all these amounts would be larger than you would be normally able to leave out because you would have the added benifit of the top 20 alliances agreement.
quite simple really.
further to this answer I will add
To break a decent accounts defence you would most likly be in one of the top 20 Alliances & if the top 20 Alliance are in it, you have your answer.
This alliance is for everyones Benifit, everyone has R/L stuff happen. The alliance gains nothing, the only people who gain are you the players. You the players put enough into the game here is a freebee given by the SGW community. all i did was come up with the Idea, you can change the alliance name what ever all you need to do is vote in players to monitor it. A section on the forum would be good.

Chris M,
Let's say a player goes on a vacation with 50 bil defence. He joins S T I's alliance and doesn't have to sell his defence. So these multies or what ever, would still have to have some decent stats to farm this alliance.
Noone said anything about selling their defences when being in this alliance.

KJ

we still support this idea, even if the alliance we are in is not near the top 20...
the graveyard idea might also be good, so that instead of deleting, they can just go there, and if they regret leaving later on, they wont have to make new account...
