starship troopers and ancient ships

i dont know if someone has noticed it, but the ancient ships look as an upgrade of the ones seen in starship troopers movies

we too love that... we used 7 of them plus 3 nukes on that ion cannon in the terran campaign...

anyways, there are really only so many basic ship designs...
