No. Without raiding it is impossible to do well if you are not already set up unless you intend to play this game for around 5 years... Even with raiding it is virtually impossible, try raiding 1 mil uu per day for 3 months... you get your 100 mil army, and your still miles behind. The game needs a reset, or a drastic change to make it Easy to catch up.

i think the real breakthrough in growth happens when you reach these benchmarks:

100mil income
500mil income
1bil income

it gets easier to grow and alot faster each time your each one of these goals, but 100mil income really gives you a kickstart to your account and is easily achieved these days.

lol ill second that, you do realise Zeus that the biggest army in the game is 1**,***,*** so 1month of raiding 1mil a day will only get you to 30mil :P

i myself am planning a raid party to get me to 99mil by the end of march which wont be impossible at all. (anyone who wants to donate to my cause can send or broker me with uu :P)

the game is very balanced as it is with some small adjustments to planets and fleets. the big guys cant get bigger because of restrictions put in place on them and not without some severe hard work.

Tho i have a feeling those resrictions wont be there for ever, and they can still grow quite fast if they really wanted to.

I said 3 months... have fun raiding a mil a day for 3 months... ok, current prices of uu are about 600 mil right, that means that for 1 uu to earn its worth considering you keep all of your naq and don't spend it on anythign else it takes over 100 days. The games logarithmic, its impossible to catch up now except over a lot of time and effort.

You have missed some details mate actually both of you with kenpachi....about the fact you need to have over 40 mils of army size to be able to massively buy turns for 1 mil per day...so I guess you just have to get to 40 mils+ and then all you need is two month...no big deal ey...thats why everyone out there have it...

Indeed.
Raiding is not as profitable as it once was.

Are they that different? There battles have encompassed entire careers and lives within the game, the most bitter and epic of enemies, neither will leave while the other stands... the ultimate climax, will it ever come?
Who knows. One things for sure, the Freedom Fighter is in it for the long haul, its in her head now,
and she must save the world or die trying.

Remebers the time when SVaRuN*( i think) raided robe for 1-2M a year ago.

For instance take Mujo a respected player and some would say he has succeeded in this game. As far as i'm aware he did no raiding, he traded his way through the game. (mainly through selling me and profitteroles turns)

Im sure there are other players that have done the same.

HI SLICKY, i pretty much did pure trading and now i have to work with a go between  :smt010

:smt014 :smt065 :smt063 :smt064 :smt071 :smt072 Now if only that limit were removed.

Im glad someone acctualy read my post.

It is not impossible to catch up at all. Raiding 1 million UU per day is difficult but it can be done, i have done it on many a good day. Yes you have to put in bags of effort but if you want to catch up with people that have also put in loads of effort over the time then you should have to work bloody hard, it shouldn't be an easy ride to catch people up. Its just the way the game is.
