resource chains

can threre be like 20 ppl all being each others commanders so that the resources travel in a loop giving a large boost in income to everyone in the chain.

i dont think so, i believe income bonus is calculated on base income
e.g. you have 15mil income, and 5mil is from your CO, the 30%sent to your officers is from your base 10mil income

commander loops dont work, no matter how high... it isnt the naq bonus that is the reason, but the UP... as that is apparently from total up, not base...

we read somewhere that UP bonus to commander is from total UP, not just raw... therefore, if commander chain loops had been allowed, those having that would have infinite UP...

Ya, if it wasn't raw, the game would have crashed by now, as it tries to calculate enormous amounts of UP, due to circles of production :(
