Ascended Life Force Reserves?

Specific to server: "GateWars: Battle of the Ascended"

Ascended Life Force Reserves?

What is the purpose of the reserves? My ascended account has about 170k in the reserves, and I'm curious if there is a way to tap into that... or is it only for protection against God attacks?

I think its a protection against being de-scended. One of the more experienced Ascended players will hopefully confirm this.

Unfortunatly no1 has experienced de-scension yet, however admin did state it was for descended purposes.. and.. well 1 and 1 do make 2 as well :D

you can not use your reserves they are merely there to help protect against descension. however we havnt heard any progress on that in a couple months so who knows it may change

The Normalcy Bias

The normalcy bias refers to an extreme mental state people enter when facing a disaster. It causes people to underestimate both the possibility of a disaster occurring and its possible effects. This often results in situations where people fail to adequately prepare for a disaster, and on a larger scale, the failure of the government to include the populace in its disaster preparations. The assumption that is made in the case of the normalcy bias is that since a disaster never has occurred that it never will occur. It also results in the inability of people to cope with a disaster once it occurs. People with a normalcy bias have difficulties reacting to something they have not experienced before. People also tend to interpret warnings in the most optimistic way possible, seizing on any ambiguities to infer a less serious situation.

Why not use that bug that people have of the ascended account not being deleted when the main is and attack an unwanted account into where we think descension is?
