no...an ancient states in an upcoming episode that The ori gain part of their power from the humans that worship them. Even if you killed all of their worshippers they could regrow humanity on their worlds in the ori galaxy and launch another attack they are ascended being they don't need numbers they can just wipe the wraith from history.

Our failure is obvious, we had our foot on the throat of Humanity and we failed to step down hard enough.

regrowing large populations take time... but they could probably wipe out the wraith if they managed to get to ori galaxy, but not in either of the milky way or in pegasus... as both of those galaxies are in the domain of the ancients... and the ori are prevented from interfering directly there...

Bah, now you compare Wraith to Ancients evolutionary level.
Don't overestimate the Wraith even if you love them so much.
I have the feeling that Wraith are just a little(several hundred of years) above humans of Earth. And have telepathic powers - similarly to replicator link, no other powers ever been shown. Wraith had 10 thousand years to create their own hyperdrives(Asgard did in just a little more than that), but they advanced nothing. They still need to spy on Ancient technology to reverse-engineer it. As well as any other technology. Goa'uld atleast know how to construct most of things, Wraith doesn't - they can only reverse-engineer. Goa'uld also uses mind-controll for their ships. That leaves me with the feeling they are pretty unevolved technologically race and would have big trouble suppressing Prior powers. Remember that Prior is just one step from Ascension level - the only step he will never take. Meaning they are the most evolved living beings in our universe. Meaning Wraith, nor any other race being any match for them. Only suppressing their powers with technology(much stronger than used by humans) they can be taken down.
Take into account the Orici and Wraith chances to win are equal to zero. Either Ori win or a tie - in which case Ori would make sure there are no more life forms in whole galaxy, not necessarily using Ascended Ori themselves and The Others won't interfere if mortals will construct Dakara-like superweapon. Nor they did interfere when MK was about to be destroyed.
Also would oppose the idea that Wraith could regenerate faster in Milky Way - Ori can call in reinforcements whenever they need using supergate. Although it doesn't seem like Ori are swarming with their ships in their galaxy - but building doesn't take too long. If not Ori reducing Goa'uld mothership numbers, Wraith would even have no chance in fighting Goa'uld alone - its like 1 Wraith easy-target ship against 5 Ha'tak ratio. Take into account that Asgard has their interests in MK...
No chance.
As for fights in Ori galaxy? Ascended Ori, as opposed to The Others, do interfere in the mortal affairs. With that being told, the outcome of any attempt to attack Ori in their home - even if all races of MK and Pegasus unite - without help of The Others is impossible. Even then, it appears Ori are actually stronger than The Others in the ascended plains.
Also remember the Replicators in Pegasus, who are not affraid of Wraith at all. The Wraith would be easy prey for spider-form replicators
No projectile weapons to kill em, no way to feed on em.

one reason that the ori havent sent more ships might just be that only one supergate can be active at one time in a galaxy, though that might not be the case... or perhaps the ori want to find a way to make a gate that isnt stopped easily?

The Ori could create a society of billions with a blink of an eye. Oma ascended an entire planet remember. And A quick note if the wraith invaded the ori home galaxy and began to attack anyone or anything A divine wind would blow from the depths of Celestis and burn an unholy blight that might touch their worlds.

we know that something like that might very easily happen if wraith attacked ori galaxy, which is why we did not bother to try to fight that battle... it was already lost...
but the wraith could still have a chance in the milky way or the pegasus... though not too much of one... if the wraith had collected their forces, and were to fight a single ori battlecruiser, then they would win because of their being too many to be defeated by one ship... estimated number of ships would be about 60 hives, 210 cruisers, and 40 800 darts... and the ori ship cant kill all those... and when the combined fire of all these has depleted the shields, it will be an easy job for either the ships to shoot apart the ori ship, or for a few hundred darts to crash into the ship, making it useless and venting atmosphere...

we don't know if their shields ever deplete. They are most likely a version of a city ship shield that only fails when its out of power. And Ori ships can launch a large group of shielded fighters with what is said to be heavy fire power. Added to this the Ori capital ship has pulse weapons which can tke out a shielded hatak in a few seconds. Two Battle Groups is all it would take to bring down the entire Wraith armada.

the wraith beat the ancients before they had ascended. Ori are ascended beings and would pwn the wraith, lets not forget that the Ori have a whole galaxy of dedicated followers giving them strengths and their ships are capable or tearing through the wraith ships in seconds.

they have no numeric advantage in the case of the Ori. The ori can just make more ships. The Wraith can't. The Wraith have forgotten their tech and years of demilitirization hae drastically reduced their numner of ships.

the reason they arent building ships and such is that their society is fractured and that there are already too many of them... if half their army dissapeared, they would no doubt start building things again...

they don't know how. Its been 10,000 years and they have forgotten how to use their technology. They can barely repair structural damage to their hives. Also as a hive based species building a new hive is pointless because it would deplete the strength of a current one. SO if the Ori swooped in and took out 30 ships and the rest fled they would be delt a crippling blow and would probably turn to more drastic measures like burning planets to deny the Ori what they wanted.

yea. or they could just form large formations with their darts n swoop down over the planets and cull the entire planet at once....or just firing on it from space would work. moving from one planet to another. cause u kno the wraith wont want to have anything to do with ascension or the ori being their gods. lol
