what defense platforms? and it should be easy for the darts to transfer the crops onto the hive(s), and then continue culling... they probably have an easy way to do it...

how can an ori ship have room for 1000 fighters, when they are much smaller than hive ships, and almost half the size is that ring like thing on the back? and when wraith hives only have room for several hundred fighters...
the ori ships are mainly battlecruisers, not carrier ships... so most likely they have more like 50 or so fighters, not 1000...

I don't understand what you were talking about supergates. With the only two(one MK and one home galaxy) they can pretty much get all of available ships and troops to the galaxy. Remember that due to singularity, Supergate can maintain wormhole almost indefinitely.
The only problem being that they build ships only when invasion time comes. Simply because they dont need any battleships for defense. And building a ship took a month or two. Population is limited as well. Although they have abilities to create life, that life has to grow first to be able to fight. Unless using nano techs.
So basically I dont see much of a problem for Ori to bring a dozen or more ships to galaxy. A dozen Ori battleships vs whatever number of Hives is a short battle. Even if one battleship goes down during the fight(which is unlikely) there would be much more to continue. In the end, the only solution for Wraith would be fleeing. Darts won't be able to survive without Hives, so won't be a problem. Plus the fact that 1 Ori fighter would be much better than a dart(or maybe even many of them).
Only one battleship is needed to conquer a planet - or destroy if people do not agree to worship them, but people will be willing to worship anything that will free them from cullings and Wraith.
So, Zeratul, even if you love Wraith so much and I dislike Ori so much, the fact remains that Wraith cannot win such war, where one battleship is hundreds of times better than Hive and one Prior is millions of times better than one Wraith. Wraith numbers would only let them keep up a little longer, but in the end, it wouldn't change the result - either Ori win or Wraith has no more feeding grounds.
The Ori are just too ridiculously powerful... And in the logic way, Earth would be no more in SG-1 series, as the only ones actively supporting resistance. Maybe it is only because they don't know the location of Earth, but it is unlikely - Priors visited Earth and there were so many encounters.

the man that created teh ori fighter render on a site caled essence. The Actual creator of the models of both fighters and the Ori battle cruiser said that the ship would hold about 1000 fighters. They are quite large, sadly the renders were removed due to people stealing the mans work.

ok, then the ship just doesnt look that large, even if it is...
and that about the two supergates thing... we speculate that maybe only one supergate can be active at one time in one galaxy, and since there already is an active one in the milky way, the ori cant activate more there... (the one we are talking about is active between the milky way and a regular gate in close proximity to a black hole...)

it doesn't seem large becase of the open space in its med sction
the entire upper hall which is about the size of a hatak which we know can hold thousands of warrioers is the living space, weapons along the sides indicated the presence of hallways even if it is only for upkeeping, the entire bottom section beneath the weapon would apear to be fighter bays.

Speaking in a merely physical sense ie hand to hand combat, the wraith would surely be able to beat the Ori. Ori followers are merely human and they are perhaps accompanied by one prior. In that case, if the Ori who are aiming to convert planets to Origin were attacked whilst an Ori ship was on the planet and the prior was in the village, a largish squad of Wraith could quite easily storm and take the Ori ship. Another squad could take the village, overpowering both the villagers (regardless of there position regarding Origin) and kill/capture the prior with there superior numbers and possible with a combined mental assualt?
In that case the wraith would gain an Ori ship, ori tech which could be backwards engineered and a prior whose DNA could be used for genetic experiments and would be able to feed on a whole planet at the same time!
Also i'd like to ask if there are any feasable reasons for why the Wraith would be unable store a prior in a dart?

wouldnt work... the wraith is pretty much a dead race there... about 3 out of top 100 are wraith... so wouldnt work...
but if there had been 100 equally powerful players of wraith/ori chosen/made, then it could have been done...
alliances on chaos work slightly better than those on main, as there is both an alliance bank, and alliance superweapons/strikes (all controlled by leader)
but there is no 2IC positition... at least not that we have been able to appoint...
